3D 6100 - Beater Addition Jointing Sheet
Material Description
3D-6100 is a comparatively low density, high performance gasket material designed for elevated temperature applications. It is composed of a blend of asbestos fibre, inorganic fillers & nitrile binder. This provides the material with good torque retentions when combined with a metal core. It's low density makes it ideally suitable for perforated core applications & the high compressibility imparts good flange confirmability. This material is available in light grey, red or green shade.

It is composed of a blend of inorganic fillers reinforced with asbestos fibres in a nitrile binder matrix. 3D-6300 offers excellent sealability & creep relaxation combined with high temperature resistance upto 230°C. This material is available in medium dark grey shade.

3D-6550 is a high performance, medium density gasket material for use in elevated temperature sealing applications. Manufactured from a blend of asbestos fibre, inorganic fillers & nitrile binder, it offers excellent sealability at low flange loads & good resistance to oil, fuels & transmission fluids. This material is recommended for temperature upto 250°C in heavy duty applications & is particularly suitable for head gasket where the material is combined with perforated metal core. This material is available in dark grey shade.

Material Description
3D-610 is a stiff & strong asbestos sheet manufactured by wet process using a blend of selected fibres & nitrile binders. This material is widely used for copper clad engine gasket, thermal shields & insulations of electrical devices & home appliances, various heat & acoustic insulation purposes where temperature does not exceed 500°C. This material is available in off-white shade.

Material Description
3D-NA-806 is a high performance medium density material for use as soft gasket manufactured from a blend of cellulose & aramid fibres combined with reinforcing inorganic fillers, imparts an excellent sealing at medium flange loads. It is recommended as replacement to C A F materials in automotive applications.
